windows 10 resetting this pc stuck at 41 percent

I've restarted router and computer, its on an ethernet cable not wifi and I have a 30Mbps internet connection.

The progress bar has not moved for 24 hours. Hold on, I don't know if its downloading or installing because Apple can't afford the cost or time to tell me what's going on. Its a black screen and progress bar saying says Estimating time remaining, and it obviously can't do that either because that's been there since I woke up this morning.ĭoesn't matter what I do, it ends up on a black screen estimating time remaining, there is no way to log into anything.
